Individual Recruit Application Requirements, Page 1
The forms needed for a youth, Male or Female, are listed below. All must be filled in before we can accept him/her into the program!
Along with the 8 page application packet, there is a $20 Registration Fee. This pays for the Insurance. The Young Marine Recruit will also receive a Marine Cover (hat), Marine Belt & Buckle, National Young Marine 'T' Shirt, Boot Bands, and the Basic Guide Book.
During the Recruit Training Cycle, the parents/guardians will have to purchase the Forest Green Jungle Utility Uniform (Jacket & Trousers), Jungle Boots (Preferably Black), Cushion Sole Socks, and Black Athletic Shorts (mid thigh area), & Black Sweat Pants. These need to be obtained by the second to last day of Recruit Training. We will then instruct the Young Marine Recruits how to wear their new uniform before Graduation.
After Graduation, there will be a $15 per month Dues.
